How accurate is the guide price?

It uses the same rates we quote from, so most jobs land inside the range. The fixed price comes after a free survey, once we've measured and checked the structure.

Does the price include fitting and VAT?

The range shown includes supply and fitting, and is shown both with and without 20% VAT. It doesn't include builder's work such as removing walls or decorating.
