What are glass manifestation and privacy film?

We supply and fit frosted vinyl bands, dots, patterns, cut logos and full-height privacy film, plus gradient and printed designs. Film can be applied to existing partitions as well as new ones.

Building Regulations and safety

In non-domestic buildings, Approved Document K asks for manifestation on critical glazing at two levels — between 850mm and 1000mm, and between 1400mm and 1600mm above floor level — with enough contrast to be seen.

How the job runs

We survey and measure, send a drawing and a fixed written price, then make your glazing to order — lead time is usually 1–2 weeks from artwork sign-off. On the day, floors are protected, the frame or track is fixed, the glass is set and sealed, and the space is cleaned before handover.
