About glass manifestation and privacy film
Manifestation is the frosted or printed marking applied to glass walls and doors so people can see the glass is there. Done well, it also adds privacy, shows your brand and ties the space together. Full details on glass manifestation and privacy film.
Glass manifestation and privacy film for Berkshire properties
Much of our Berkshire office work comes from Thames Valley tech offices along the M4 in Reading, Bracknell and Slough. Landlord consent, out-of-hours access and building rules are part of the job, and we supply the drawings and method statements that go with them. On the residential side, our work in Berkshire ranges across Victorian villas in Reading and Windsor, Edwardian semis in Maidenhead and large executive homes around Ascot.
Cost and lead time in Berkshire

In non-domestic buildings, Approved Document K asks for manifestation on critical glazing at two levels — between 850mm and 1000mm, and between 1400mm and 1600mm above floor level — with enough contrast to be seen.
