Glass pivot doors in Staffordshire

About glass pivot doors

Internal pivot doors come framed in slim black steel-look profiles or fully frameless. The pivot can be set off-centre, so the door opens as a wide single leaf, or central, so it turns to give an opening on each side. Full details on glass pivot doors.

Glass pivot doors for Staffordshire properties

Homes in Staffordshire take in pottery-era terraces in Stoke-on-Trent, Georgian houses in Lichfield and new estates near Stafford. That variety matters for glazing: an opening in a solid Victorian wall is prepared differently from a stud partition in a newer house, and we plan for it at survey. On the commercial side, much of our Staffordshire work involves offices and distribution hubs along the M6 and A50.

Cost and lead time in Staffordshire

As a guide, glass pivot doors typically cost £2,200–£4,200 per door or item plus VAT, supplied and fitted, with a minimum job of about £2,200. Your fixed price comes after the survey. Survey slots across Staffordshire (ST, WS, DE, B) are usually available within a week or two, and lead time is typically 5–7 weeks from survey.

Building Regulations and safety

Door glass is a critical location, so toughened or laminated safety glass is used. The floor pivot needs a solid, level base, which we check at survey.
