Landlord consent, out-of-hours access and building rules are part of the job, and we supply the drawings and method statements that go with them. Homeowners here use us too, particularly in Victorian terraces in the valleys and Cardiff's suburbs, and marina apartments in Cardiff Bay and Swansea.
